We tried this restaurant on a recent trip to NYC. Two of our group were not comfortable with chopsticks and it took the waitress a while to find a couple of forks. The food was interesting but it was difficult to figure out the menu and the lighting was such that it was difficult to read. I am certain that if you are familiar with the restaurant, it is much easier but for tourists fresh off the street it is more of a challenge than you would like.
The food was good when it arrived and very interesting. If you are fond of Asian food, this would be a good experience for you. If you are used to a meat and potatoes diet, it is a little too difficult to figure out what to order.
