I dined at Ai Fiori this evening and I cannot praise the restaurant more highly! The staff were wonderful, so accommodating and kind. The food was delicious, perfectly portioned! And the wine list was fabulous! I was dining alone but was not made to feel like a bother (as many restaurants make single diners feel), quite the opposite, I was treated with respect and thoroughly enjoyed my night! I would highly recommend this restaurant for the amazing food and incredible staff!

This was our 3rd dinner here. In the past, the food and service were outstanding.
On April 11, either something happened to be off for the night, or the restaurant's standards have deteriorated.
--Service: From the outset, it took too long to get attention for small requests, such as talking to a sommelier to ask about wine selection. Then, when we were ready to order our meal, the bus boy informed us that the waiter was "too busy," and said he was told to take our order--his first such assignment. (He did fine, but this wasn't a good sign.) The inattentive service continued for the rest of the meal.
--Food: In the past, everything had been excellent. This time, the pasta and salad dishes were still excellent, However, the fish was dried out and tasteless, and seemed to have been waiting around a long time after cooking before being served. The lamb was covered with a goopy tomato sauce that showed no culinary finesse at all.
Not sure if we'll try again.

Nice restaurant, quite formal, with very good food. Portions are not huge, but not bad either. Excellent food, desserts and wine! Pricey.

Had reservations .. Sat us at a table with one side bench the other side chair ..don't like that "group seating" for the price I want my own table. We went to the bar. Decided to eat there. Our Waiter, as sweet as he was, lacked common skills. No napkin, knife. No Butter for bread we had to ask for. By that I mean we had to ask for bread then 20 min later butter. Never came back to see if our food was ok. FYI took 1 hour at least to get food from when we ordered. Seems they had him way over booked.
Honestly think service was an off night. Everyone tried to be attentive but not where it counted. When u get your food someone should make sure it is as ordered.

We spent an evening over cocktails and wine in this restaurant, and they had a great wine selection.

Appetizers were also well prepared and tasty. Everything from a cheese puff (not a clue what it was called!) to a delicious caviar portion were fantastic.

Dinner was great as well and we all cleaned the plates clean. This is a great little restaurant on the 2nd or 3rd floor of Langham Place.
