The Lunch variety was good with fish and Crab.
Had the kulfi as Dessert was quite Delicious.

The Kebabs were awesome and very filling with the rice and chutney.

Very nice upscale restaurant. The atmosphere was great as well as the decor. Our waitress was knowledgeable of the menu and was able to tell me off hand which items were gluten free. I had the shrimp curry for 29.00. They give you a lot of shrimp and the curry was nice and thick with a sweet after taste. We also had a side of lemon basmati rice (a la cart). I did not really care for the rice just because it wasn't all the lemony and had a lot of nuts in it. My husband had a dish with paneer and chicken which he also enjoyed. Overall, a wonderful meal and experience. I will be returning.

Almost impossible to envision an Indian eatery being also a nice pleasant elegant place to go eat. Without the traditional saris they wear, the overly Indian themed decor, or the strong scents if the spices etc...
But this one was !
Set on trendy TriBeCa it certainly delivers on its promise if great food. So the food is totally the good old fashioned Indian food without any new and non welcome trends that can spoil one's expectations
All the while keeping the elegance of a nice setting
Will return for sure

Have to agree with the others who rave about the food here. It's as good if not better than the Indian in London, so there you go. Wife ordered the chicken tikka masala (she's very conservative) and I had their famous halibut with lemongrass. Both were fantastic. The chicken was perfectly cooked, moist. The halibut was incredible, probably the best I've ever had. Moist, meaty, the lemongrass flavor did not overpower it but it was a dynamite combo. We also ordered the yellow lentils, some onion nan, raita, etc. All of it was just terrific. Our waiter was very attentive, and nailed it when it comes to keeping our wine glasses filled - just - right. He never hovered but when I needed his attention he showed up quickly. The restaurant is really nice, a clean contemporary look, with high ceilings that help diffuse the sound. The owner stopped by to say hello and he was very sincere, not some phony. Prices are high but for NYC standards about what I expected. All in all I give it 5 stars, it was a great evening and a great meal.
