Informal, modern jazz concert--A bit too modern for my taste, but my husband would have loved it. Nice musicians, lovely, welcoming "church ladies". About an hour.

Whole atmosphere made it work.

We really enjoyed our tour. It was nice combo of history and entertainment all in one shot. Our tour guide helped us gain access to a Jazz spot we would not have visited on our own, and we are grateful for the opportunity. If you get a chance, you have to take this tour. Be sure to sample to food!

Fun and educational. No better way to learn about the history of Harlem and all that it presently has to offer than through this tour. Our guide Cheryl was so pleasant and thorough, my husband and I had the time of our lives! The Jazz spots we visited were also amazing! A must when in New York!

The walking tour was ok and interesting although a lot of the commentary was about what used to be there rather than what is still there.. a lot of gentrification !
The first venue was really good but then whisked off to the guide's favourite where we sat out the back (with no music) and literally waited 1 1/2 hours for fried chicken. Not enough Jazz!!
