Congratulations to the staff at the Wall and Water restaurant. No long after the hurricane disaster the staff was able to provide an excellent Thanksgiving Buffet. I had asked and found out that the hurricane had completely wiped out the possibility of the dinner they had planned. All of the food they had on hand had been ruined in the storm in addition to all their storage capabilities. The dinner that they were then able to provide was absolutely amazing. All of the food was excellent and the service was outstanding. This dinner was a testament to the professionalism of all involved at the restaurant and at the Andaz hotel.

Fresh, innovative, perfectly seasoned food with healthy choices. Deserts were equally innovative and delicious.

Great atmosphere, busy but you can still hear the people you're with. Great service and wait staff.

Water & Wall is a restaurant in the heart of the financial district of New York that is worth a visit. Located on the second floor - the bar is on the first - the restaurant is modern and open. We sat next to the kitchen and watched our dinners being prepared. We started with a shared roasted beet salad that was huge and easily sharable. More importantly, it was very tasty with mixed greens and goat cheese with the beets. My Chilean Sea Bass and my wife's salmon were carefully prepared and perfectly cooked. The location accounts for relatively high prices but we had no regrets. Service was attentive and responsive.

Good wine options, good service, and good food. Menu choices are not extensive, but everything we had at dinner was very good. Breakfast was also excellent.

My wife and I decided to have brunch here on our most recent stay in the city. We loved the decor and the overall feel. Our waiter was very kind and we enjoyed having him. My wife had the chocolate chip griddle cakes and I had the three egg omelette. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Looking forward to eating here again in March!
