This is good, solid ramen shop. Nothing to die for, especially the presentation. Very tasty food but it is evident they do not put a lot of love into the individual preparations. Broth is tasty and noodles are good medium-firm. Keep in mind that you may have to wait for a seat and that it is CASH ONLY.

If you're not prepared to queue, go on a week night at 10.30ish and it's a lot quieter. You will only have to wait 15 minutes or so. The spicy pork ramen is so rich and warming- you dream about it after! Also enjoyed the sea urchin rice. They only take cash. Great value and most importantly, great noodles!!

First time there, thought it was awesome. Pork buns were OFF THE CHAIN! Got the miso chicken ramen and it was very good, however, I wish I had gotten the spicier ramen. Worth what you pay for.

We waited for 2 hours for a table on a Sunday Night. We ended up with a new entry in our Top 10 best food experiences. I only wish they would move to Salt Lake City, Utah. There is no competition here and the rent would be about 1/3 of what they pay now.

We were expecting this to be on par with Ippudo in NY and Daikokuya in LA after reading all the reviews and the wait time (1 h5, 15 minutes on a Friday night 10pm). They do not take reservations; the system is signing in on a clipboard on the door. But it turns out that the wait is mostly because it's an extremely small space and turnover is slow. The miso ramen is simply no comparison to the ramen we've had at those other 2 places. The broth here is not rich enough, and the noodles are way undercooked. Toppings are very average. The price is a little steep ($11-12; $10 for the base and $1-2 each for the nori and egg, you can add others stuff for more). Go to Ippudo instead, you won't regret it.
