Visited the City last weekend with my 17-year old daughter and some friends who are thinking about going to college in NYC. We got in around 8 or 9pm on Friday night after a long day of driving and were immediately greeted by helpful, friendly staff. We were shown to our rooms and invited to visit the Club Lounge. As we'd gotten there so late, Gilbert was wrapping up the evening goodies and leaving the club as we got there. He went out of his way to ensure we got plates and helped ourselves to anything we wanted from the cart before he wheeled it away.

He was on top of things in the mornings for breakfast, too. No matter that he'd left late the night before. He always had a smile and friendly, helpful conversation for us as we relaxed. The breakfast choices were delicious and plentiful. The view from the rooftop deck was beautiful. The city at night can not be outdone.

The hotel is walking distance from China Town, Little Italy and SoHo. We were able to walk to nearly everything we did. A short walk put us on the subway for our excursion to Times Square. It felt like the whole city was at our doorstep.

Overall the staff was friendly and helpful beyond compare. I really felt that they would go out of their way to fulfill any request that we had. I would like to thank Lowell Beebe-Center, the manager, for all his help in arranging the weekend. The accommodations we had and how we were treated by the staff helped to make it a wonderful weekend. If our daughter chooses to attend a college in the City the Sheraton Tribeca will be our 1st choice when we visit.

Seriously, this is the BEST hotel to stay in NYC!!!! Location is great, easy access to most Subway lines and most important of all, the service is incredible!!
My husband & I stayed in several different hotels when we were in NYC, all Starwood hotels, W Times Square, W Union Square & Sheraton TriBeCa and Sheraton win hands down!!
Their employees were warm and helpful and are genuinely happy to provide the best service. Nothing is too much for them and they go all out to please.
Kudos to Gilbert from Club Lounge, who is a STAR! It was Valentine's Day and my husband & I were relaxing at the Lounge after a tiring day shopping and we haven't eaten our dinner yet, so Gilbert did his best to find some snacks for us as it was almost 9pm and there were no more food served at that time. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat any of the snacks as I am allergic to nuts. Gilbert took the extra step to arrange for a cheese cake to be sent up to the Lounge for us, so I don't starve and at the same time, to celebrate Valentine's Day!!!
What a service! Keep up the great work, Gilbert! You are what it takes to make a hotel stay memorable and for sure, we will be back!

Walking distance from SoHo, clean, new, modern hotel. Housekeeping was not fantastic but generally ok. Room was quite big for NYC, the only thing that we lacked was a bath tub. One excellent point: the hotel has a Starbucks in the lobby, so you don't have to take the hotel breakfast or to get out of the hotel. The doormen were extremely friendly and well-mannered, the reception staff was helpful. The hotel provides computers free of charge in the lobby.

Great hotel, good location for shopping in Soho and the best for jumping on the subway to go uptown or down to World Trade Center location. Beds are comfy, rooms are tight and functional, staff is very helpful. My only negative about this hotel is the lack of concierge. There is a desk for a concierge but I didn't see anyone during the 5 days that we were there. Conveniently there is a little cafe next door where you can get fresh fruit and bagels etc. for breaky and cheap too! Check out Bubby's for a meal at Hudson and Beach.

We were here for the long weekend in February and had a great time! We loved the neighbourhood - not touristy, with tons of great restaurants and bars around. So close to SoHo and the trendy lower East Side! Also, sooo many subway stops nearby so all of NYC's sights are easy to get to. The staff were amazingly friendly and so helpful. We didn't find it too noisy, and had great sleeps in the comfortable bed. A great spot with great value for an NYC weekend!!
