Had a fabulous experience at the hotel, the staff were super friendly, the room was very well appointed and the whole place spotlessly clean. I concierge was really helpful and the bathroom was lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and The Andaz a couple of blocks away. I will stay here again

This was the venue for our once in a lifetime trip with my two kids who are 18 and 21 this year.
They had a large two bedded room overlooking 5th Avenue, I had a large single bedded studio also overlooking 5th. Rooms were faultless, nespresso machines, tv's (including oone in the bathroom mirror). We had some issues getting booked in as one room was delayed, but in the end it wasnt a big problem. You are 10 mins walk from Empire state, same for Macys, perhaps 15 to Madison Square Garden. Kids loved it- we ate breakfast there only once as we experienced other venues for breakfast- but though simple and basic, it was good. Staff are all exceptionally helpful, the personal assistant acquire Mets basketball tickets for us on request. I would stay again if I ever return..

Room Tip: Studio is great, with seperate living room.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews and we were not disappointed with it. There were 5 of us arriving from London and California for a girlie weekend break. We can't thank the staff enough for their excellent service. We all LOVED it and would highly recommend it. It is exceptionally clean and modern. The rooms were really large so we did not disturb each other when we were getting ready to go out or sleeping. We had so much room! The concierge and doormen were particularly helpful and knowledgable. The cocktails were fab too. The communal areas had the most amazing smells coming from what we think were the air con units and I wish I could have bought the aroma. It was the place to be in NYC.

A great hotel in midtown; hotel is modern, has great amenities, bedrooms are large with great bathrooms, really comfy bed and we had a great view of The Empire State Building. One of the great things about the hotel is the professionalism of the staff and the efficient service. We were always welcomed back to the hotel in a friendly manner, the spa is fantastic, great facilities, hamman spa included- to be recommended. Hotel is in the perfect place for walking anywhere, Times Square central station both less than 10 minutes away and you can walk up to Central Park or down to Greenwich village in about 30minutes. If you go you won't regret staying here- enjoy

Upon exiting the cab coming from Le Guardia I knew this quick in and out, one day stay would be epic. The staff were wonderful, service impeccable and the location is prime! I had a few special requests, all were met with style. It was a quick business trip, the location was ideal and I also had a business meeting on the 3rd floor the following day. The food was wonderful, the conference room comfortable but above all the staff made a difference here - every single staff member exceeded my expectations with regards to service and doing it all with a smile. I also shared my stay with a celebrity - the staff were very professional, treating us all alike... i felt special :)

As an avid traveler, I'm always tough on hotels. I booked this hotel due to its location in the city - as well as other travelers' reviews. It was also the former Setai which I have loved the sister properties in other cities. I had never stayed at a Langham but its reputation proceeds the hotel. I was blown away by the room, the service and the bar/restaurant. I highly recommend this grand hotel for those looking for luxury and white glove service. The staff were super attentive and obliging.

Room Tip: Listen to the other reviews about tips for higher floors.

This is the best kept secret in New York city. the rooms are great, the staff is amazing and the experience is second to none. Don't be fooled by the touristy location, that just makes it easier to get around town faster. You will not be disappointed. Dominick, Euginia, Eloise, Jonathon, Derrick and everyone else who is on site will see to it that you too will have a positive experience like we did.
