Farm to fork, exceptional quality ingredients simply and perfectly executed American cuisine. The menu changes daily and is meant for sharing. The quality and integrity of the ingredients shine through. Simple isn’t easy - in fact it’s quite the opposite. Preparing high quality, simple dishes is an art form. There are no complicated, saucy dishes within which to hide poor execution and quality behind. Their dishes resoundingly speak for themselves, championing their mantra of high quality, farm fresh curated ingredients - simply and perfectly executed.
The service is first class and attentive- but not suffocating. The restaurant is modern, casual and warm and not at all stuffy, while still providing you with better than high end fare and service. A masterful balance that speaks for itself. Let your sever guide you - you will not be disappointed.

Came here for our 25 wedding anniversary. What a great way to celebrate! From the “personalized” menu to the complimentary champagne to the outstanding service and sublime food, it was an AAAA+++ experience. It is not cheap, but that should be no surprise when enjoying fine dining.

The dishes we ordered were outstanding. Ingredients were fresh. Presentation was top-notch, and the service was superior. The dishes were expertly prepared and the flavours were amazing. We could not have been more pleased with out experience at Craft.

Can’t fault the place. If anything it was a bit pricey. But the quality of the meal was top draw. Had the oysters followed by fish with purée and bean sides - all really tasty and fresh.

This restaurant has great food. There is something for everyone. Food can be prepared as you like. Appetizer artic char is amazing - delicious and served with creme fresh and capers. Sweetbreads were also excellent. Swordfish was outstanding and perfectly prepared. Sea bass and scallops were very good. Assortment of mushrooms were everyone’s favorite. The only dish we didn’t love was the polenta - it had a weird texture. The restaurant is quite loud. Also air conditioning was not working and despite many fans, it was hot and that was NOT pleasant.
