Billy, our tour guide was amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable about NYC, the history and the culture. We enjoyed strolling the quaint streets of Greenwich while enjoying a variety of delicious food along the way. Not only were we treated well, but our group had Billy to ourselves, which made it extra special. We highly recommend this tour and I plan on doing this again the next time I come to NYC.

Alex easily accommodated our private group of 12 on a brisk December walk through Hell's Kitchen. We loved the choices given to us and are looking forward to booking another tour with Alex this spring!

Hi Dianne! It was our pleasure to customize a private tour with Alex for your group. We are very excited for the opportunity to work with you again. See you when it's not so brisk:)

I found the food great, the stories great and the overall experience worth it. Nice insight into another part of NYC.

Thank you Gillian.

My mother and I have been on several domestic and international food walking tours and this was our least favorite. Not because of our guide, Nancy - she was the highlight of the tour. Her knowledge of the area and its history was excellent. It was the food and the fact we didnt feel as if we got our money's worth. The Japanese food and Portuguese sandwich were excellent. The empanadas were mediocre and we had to stand to eat. The southern comfort restaurant had a great story but there were issues with staff not coming to work that delayed our food. The mac n cheese was excellent but the wings were just ok. For $178, I expected a lot more.

We are very sorry to hear that your tour was anything less than a 5 star experience and did not entirely meet your expectations. The price of $89 per person is very much based on the fact that it is a semi-private tour with less than 8 people, with an expert guide and an introduction to the neighborhood's diverse cuisine. This includes stops that are not full-service, sit-down restaurants. There are several choices offered so that, even in the case of a guest not personally liking something, a full lunch is still served. We appreciate any and all feedback and thank you for your thoughts.

My wife and I along with another couple did the Hells kitchen tour with Billy as our guide. We chose the Hells kitchen tour mainly because it was close to our hotel but also because we have already done food tours on pretty much every other area of the city and Brooklyn. This is our first tour with Manhattan and we will definitely do another. Our guide Billy appeared very experienced and knowledgeable about the city. He was very professional and we enjoyed his company.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with other travellers. Billy is one of the best guides in the city and we are so lucky to have him on our team. We look forward to having the opportunity to explore further with you on your next visit!
