We have been 7 days in San Fermin B&B and I recomend everyone this B&B. The owners are very friendly and they gave us a lot of tips about the city such a restaurants, things to do and see. The room was big, peaceful and very clean it had a little kitchen which you can prepare your breackfast or whatever you want. Harlem district is complitely save therfore you have a market, chemist and some restaurants and fast food close the B&B. Harlem is just 15 minutes to Manhattan midtown by undergroound and there is a direct line from the airport. In my opinion this B&B is a good value for money.

A very special place, with lovely rooms and individualized service. Affordable and reasonable price, for this very well located B&B, in a nice, convenient, and well-connected area of Manhatan. In addition, Bernardo and Maite, the owners, provided us with very personalized attention and recommendations that optimized our touristic stay in NY.

We have been recently in San Fermin Apartments. Our trip to New York has been a great experience specially for the chosen accomodation. After having walk though all day was great to arrive to "our house". This is the way you will feel there, as you were at home. It is located in Harlem, a very quiet area, friendly people and close to the subway (12´ to get to Times Square). The rooms are big, clean, comfortable, decorated in detail, spacious bathrooms, TV... you will find there everything you need. It is a very quiet place to sleep, really important after the long walks... There is a computer in the corridor with free access to internet. Bernardo and Maite are really helpful. Every morning Bernardo recommends you different places to visit depending on your likes. He gives you info about typical places to visit in NY and other places you would never find without his help. Thank u Maite and Bernardo for everything! I will definitely go back to NY and to your house!!!

A very comfortable, well presented bed and breakfast in a quiet and peaceful (for New York!) area of the city. We were welcomed by Bernardo on arrival who had been chatting to a neighbour on the street as we drew up in the taxi. We immediately felt at ease. The building was beautifully restored and the neighbourhood safe. We travelled with our 17 year old daughter and a friend both of whom said they felt very safe in the neighbourhood and were glad we had chosen to stay at the San Fermin. Bernardo was a wealth of information and he made excellent suggestions about things to do in the very short time we had to see New York. We stayed in the apartment at the top and it was great to have the two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette to ourselves. The stairs are steep to reach the apartment but Maite's beautiful photographs on the walls of the staircase meant I had an excuse to take it slowly! The beds were comfortable, the decor very tasteful and everything was spotless. If we are lucky enough to come back to New York we will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in New York and Bernardo, our host at San Fermin contributed for this success. We had a floor with 2 rooms and a kitchen only for us. Bernardo has been a good advisor on how to move in New York and what to visit. Very easy to take the subway from his place to the centre (only 10 minutes trip) and we fealt confortable in the streets too.
