Worth a visit while in New York, very informative and well presented. The rebuilding film was particularly good.

I did not go inside the museum. The memorial is definitely worth a visit. It is so well done, with the waterfall, and the names. Really beautiful. The story behind the survivor tree is fascinating.

It is a good museum and very detailed information presented. What really upset me is this tragic event has turned into a money milking cow for the government. $24 entry fee and shop selling a simple t shirt with the logo 9/11 on it for up to $50. I don't personally like it.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MUSEUM FOR ALL!! A day we will never forget! The photos in the museum were a great touch! Such a sad, sad day in history! Builders did a great job including the old in the new!

Visited on a Friday afternoon there was an hour long line outside to get tickets. $24 adult ticket. The streets of New York slow down and the the feeling of sacredness are felt here.

•Guided tours were sold out , audible tours were available for an additional fee.

The memorial is very interesting, from the walls and destruction, to the memorials of the people that perished. It is very tastefully done, and will always be a place to remind us it can happen anywhere, and it should never happen again.

Bought tickets with credit card at site on machine on wall & by doing this totally skipped the queue without paying anything extra .

Memorial Fountains free to see . Very emotional tour . Daughter who is too young to remember the day needed tissues . There are many many personal accounts that make this memorial very impactful . I must admit I couldn’t cope with The full tour as the impact is cumulative but I would still go . It has been amazingly well done .
A must for any trip to NY

This was our third trip to NYC. First shortly after 9/11, second about 6 years ago and now. We went to the museum in its temporary location last visit so decided to not go in again but did walk around the outside and they really did it great! We were also super happy they have stands up outside we could purchase items. We came to get 2 pins for 9/11 to bring home for our daughter so was nice they were set up outside!
