My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights last week. The location was excellent for Times Square, the theater, Bryant Park, Top of the Rock, Today Show and Central Park. We walked to everything. That being said, I really do prefer to stay in a more residential area where things are a bit quieter.
The doors slam really loud at this hotel and we could hear our neighbors the first night coming back really late. Thank goodness they weren't there the following night, but we still heard doors slamming.
We had a corner room on the 33rd floor. The view was amazing and the bathroom was very nice size. The room was a bit small (normal for NYC), but we weren't there much anyway.
I'd recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be close to everything.More
