“I love club quarters!”

Great staff and amenities at this Club Quarters. Amazing views from restaurant overlooking 9/11 memorial site. Love the staff here- similarly pleasant staff at the Houston Club Quarters. Rooms are typically Euro-small for a Manhattan boutique hotel.

Great hotel! Of course, the room is small. This is New York. And I will mention one amenity which I want to keep to myself. The 20th Floor Sun Room. Man, what a view. Although you are still a subway ride away from Times Square, etc, the Rector subway is just a couple of blocks away. The front desk people are EXCELLENT! Just a word about getting to the hotel (or a couple of words.) The GPS and Google Maps/Mapquest use Liberty which is now closed or other streets which are closed for construction. The hotel is in the middle of Washington St, which is a spit of a street that starts and stops next to Ground Zero (on either side of it.) Set your GPS for Albany and West Road, turn south on Albany and go the two blocks to Washington or call the hotel and use their directions.

I stay in CQ hotels very regularily for work : in London, but have also stayed in CQ Midtown and CQ Rock. This one (WTC) is by far the best in terms of hotel if somewhat less attractive due to location IF you want to be able to wander around Times Square at any given moment.
So, if you have been to NYC before, and you don't mind a long walk, subway or taxi ride of c$15 to get up to 47-59th, then pick here!

I had room 1405 : fabulous room with bed area, bathroom (no tubs which suits me fine) and a lounge area with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a fabulous view of the 9/11 site.
Great flat screen TVs (yip...2 of them!) and the usual chilled water machines & guest lockers in the corridor with irons, extra tea/coffee etc) available. Beds comfy & firm, daily cleaning perfect. Hotel facilities : restaurant was good, bar less so (limited) but worth the view. Lobby with tea/coffee/juice/nibbles perfect. Business area and comfy chairs etc. Gym available if you feel you didn't do enough through the day!
Good places to eat close-by at night f you don't stay further uptown. Close to Soho/Chinatown/GVillage.

I would definitely chose to stay here again. Only reason I would go back to Midtown is if I was doing a 1 or 2 night stop for shopping only.

Great experience : don't hesitate.

Room Tip: ask for a room facing the memorial site if you can. I had a standard room : club rooms are smaller...

Just checking out.
Had a standard room on the 7th floor.
Very clean room....great bathroom with walk in shower. The touch screen aircon delivered quiet a punch which was great

Everything was clean and they have a guest closet on every floor with irons and extra coffee etc.

Breakfast on the 20th floor offers great views.

The hotel itself is in a quiet part of town but really handy for transport links.

The biggest asset is the staff on the front desk.
Nothing waa too much trouble and their information was second to none
Overall a great stay thank you!

This hotel is clean, the staff are very helpful, there's free wifi, bottled water, all rooms have fridges, microwaves and coffee machines. Convenient location for WTC and close to subway to explore rest of Manhattan. Pretty quiet at night especially if you have an inside room, only let down is that I found the beds not very comfortable.

Room Tip: Make sure you get a room away from the elevators.

Great location, new clean hotel right next to 9/11 memorial.

No ability to control temperature in the room, temperature in my room (1810) vacillated between too warm and freezing cold (over air conditioned). The bathroom and entry of the room had a ceiling of sheet metal with hatches for access to various pipes which rattled all night. I eventually stuffed blankets and pillows into the hatches to try and dampen the noise (see pictures). Didn't work....sleepless night listening to metallic squeaking, while freezing followed by sweating. Nice hotel if you don't need sleep. Television was a small older model tv offset from the bed. Room in General was small. Lesson learned, bring ear plugs....oh wait... I wore ear plugs but it was so loud it didn't matter.

Stayed here for a quick business trip so location was perfect. Rooms were reasonably comfortable although beds could have been more comfortable for the high price tag.

One point is I think my room had bed bugs which is common in NYC but not really acceptable. Woke up with my legs covered in bites.

Agree that staff were a little bit useless at times. Their policy on late check out is very inflexible and they only offer it at an additionally cost.

The rooftop bar was cool and also like the extras of free water and snacks/coffee in the lobby.

Wifi in the bedrooms can be a bit hit and miss as was sometimes slow.

All in all ok but pricey for the quality.
