A little back story: the first time I ever tried soy chicken was in a London Chinese restaurant. I didn't even know soy chicken existed! After eating at this restaurant, I vowed never to eat soy chicken again. Times change, though.
The food at Soy and Sake is actually quite tasty. The dishes have the same look and texture as their meat counterparts and taste quite similar. There is that lingering notion, though, that you aren't really eating duck. Nonetheless, it's savory and delicious.
Soy is really generous with their proportions. Order two appetizers and one entree and you'll be set for two people. The menu is extensive too and it offers the usual Chinese fare (sesame chicken, kung bao, et al) but there is also curry chicken, teriyaki and soy sushi.
