“Not worth the price”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 12, 2013

I went here on a Thursday night with a small group of friends for dinner. We had a reservation for 8pm and were seated as soon as all of us arrived. It wasn't crowded, being that it was a Thursday night.

The food was good, not out of this world, but good. It's slightly over-priced (I paid $23 for 5 cheese raviolis, but I did enjoy my meal.

The service is EXTREMELY slow. We waited 20 minutes and asked 2 times to be brought glasses of water (I actually received my appetizer before the water was brought to our table). It took a very long time for dinner to come out, even longer to get the check (we had to ask for it) t and even longer than that for them to come back for our credit cards.

Overall, the food was good, but for the service, it was not worth what we paid. You can find better.

“ok, but not great”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 27, 2013

I thought it was expensive for what it was. The service was great though and the drinks were good. The first thing we noticed is that they were out of a couple of things we were interested in ordering. We got two of the soups- good, not great- one main dish -again, good, but ordinary and the 2 drinks. No bread was offered with the soup. The bill was over $65. In my mind, that was high for what we had- and it was not special, organic or not.

“Good Healthy Food!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 25, 2013

This restaurant is in my neighborhood and tend to eat here alot. Love that everything is organic and healthy. The food and service are very good. Since the restaurant is environmentally conscience, the temperature in the summer is never too cold (which I like). I have eaten brunch and dinner here and enjoyed every meal. The manager and wait staff are very attentive. The menu is seasonal, so it changes every few months to serve what is in season. The only negative is that it can take some time to get your meal, but that means that each meal is prepared fresh for you.

“Went back again...twice!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 8, 2013

We enjoyed the ambiance and 100% organic food here. The prices were more reasonable -esp for NYC (esp compared to other organic NYC restaurants *cough* ABC). Food was flavorful and not overly salted or sugared. Sizzling fajitas were just that...and filling portions. Lemon chicken was delicious - not too dry and had a tasty lemon sauce. The wait staff was attentive for the most part and our water glasses always stayed full. They had an Italian red wine there (Cadetto?) that had quite a wonderful bouqet and nice long legs at a reasonable price....that paired well with both the fajitas and the lemon chicken. We enjoyed our dinner so much we went back two days later for lunch - which was equally as pleasing. The mushroom risotto was creamy and delicious as were the sizzling fajitas...again. We left stuffed both times...feeling this was a better deal for NYC organic eating. We plan to return on our next trip to NYC.

“Give it a miss”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 2, 2013 via mobile

Organic or not the food is overpriced. I also asked for a bottle of sparkling mineral water. A small jug of soda water appeared ( obviously from a tap) and for this they wanted ten dollars . These so called organic purveyors are cashing in on their mid town location . The rest of the food was very average ( 26 dollars for a mushroom risotto ). I left really quite repulsed by the whole set up. As I left I noticed the large B on the window . Personally I would have awarded c - . Below average and NYC has much much better .
