“Delicious noodles, broth needs work.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 3, 2013

Finally got a chance to come here to try their noodles. Everytime I come to chinatown, they are always closed. I tried one of their hand pulled noodles with assorted meats. It was delicious! The broth wasn't too salty but lacked depth of flavor. The noodles weren't raw. A little al dente and the noodles didn't stick to each other. They give you tons of noodles. The price was very affordable. You can see/hear the guy in the back making the noodles. Almost sounds like someone's getting a good beating back there =P

I do like how they have fresh cilantro at the table. I love cilantro so I put a lot of it into my soup. They also have other condiments such as sriracha, chili oil, and hoisin sauce. You can easily turn your noodles into tasting like pho =P The various meat pieces I had were okay. Not really flavorful, overcooked, and use poor quality pieces of meat.

The service was excellent. The ladies were friendly and attentive to our requests. They definitely have better service than Great NY Noodle Town.

In any case, I would still recommend this place because of the economical price, the amount they give you, and the tastiness of the noodles. This place is really a solid 3.5 stars because the broth and quality of meat is lacking, but I think the other factors justify me giving it 4 stars.

“Amazing, would have never chosen if not for Tripadvisor reviews”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 2, 2013

Wow, it's definitely a dive, but wonderful food. It's a tiny restaurant amongst so many others, but the reviews lead us to find this little diamond. We had the Roast Duck Soup, the Pork Noodles and Fried Pork Dumplings. Everything was amazing. My kids only want to go back here and no where else, in the entire city.

“Fresh delicious noodle dishes”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 29, 2013

The noodles here are fresh with a delightful hearty texture ( pulled right before you eat them) , dumplings are light and the employees are very nice. All of the food is fresh and tasty. Add chili sauce to taste if you love spicy. I will be back again and again.

“Tiny place, well worth the stop”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 28, 2013

The restaurant is really small, but clearly the freshest noodles we have ever had. It is reasonably priced and, while in no way classy, an excellent place for lunch.

“More Noodles and Only Noodles”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 2, 2013

The hand-pulled carbos are the finest I've ever been afforded in US or abroad. The thin noodles are al dente ++ and convey a mild char from the the hot wok. Not a fan of the protein options - I was focused on the wok tossed noodles and only the noodles. Smokey and "toothy" for a succulent oily goodness. Only a few tables and midly grungy at best. Noodles are worth the trade off. Best of Chinatown for noodles and noodles only. Highly recommended for culinary snobs. Wow.
