A whole in the wall, which you can easily miss, but the food is amazing. The dishes are fairly standard "American" but with a Senagalese twist that is extremely well done. I've been there twice, most recently this week. I had the pork chop, which was very nicely prepared, and one of the best Lobster Bisque's I've ever tasted. Also, note the wine list, which isn't elaborate but certainly well priced and complimentary to the meal.
