I had a weekend leisure trip to the Andaz Wall Street and I was nothing but impressed. I was upgraded to an executive king as a diamond Hyatt member and the room was HUGE by New York standards.

I had room service for breakfast and dinner, and the food was excellent and promptly delivered. The hotel is very nice and modern, and the bathroom was amazing. A warning though; in the exec king there is a glass wall looking into the bathtub/shower area, so this is not a good room choice unless you're comfortable with your other guest seeing you naked.

The location was great to check out the statue of liberty and Ellis Island. It was kind of slow around the hotel over the weekend, but I really enjoyed this. There are a couple very convenient subway stops within a couple blocks and there were some great, touristy restaurants a couple blocks over on Stone Street. Many of New York's finest restaurants can also be found in the downtown/Tribeca area.

The bed was really firm, but I ended up having a great nights rest even though I normally prefer a softer mattress. The only real negatives that I could find, was that there were no HD channels in a brand new hotel with LCD TVs which is pretty ridiculous in 2010, and the free internet was slow at times.

In all, this was a great hotel and the rates for the room and services I received were amazing. I normally stay at the W New York and the W Times Square, but other than their more convenient location, this hotel wins hands down and for a lower price.

Went to Andaz Wall Street directly from a 12 hour flight from Middle East. Could not have asked for a better room after a long flight. I had requested a room with a bath tub and the tub was incredible. The bathroom in general was unreal. The staff was very helpful to say the least. The location is prime. All in all one of the best hotels I have ever visited. I came away very impressed with the Andaz Wall Street.
