“Broadway!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 30, 2014

Beware people dressed in costumes. They are there so you can have your picture taken with them yet once you have taken the picture (with your own camera!!!) they turn quite intimidating and want money for the privilege!
I had my picture taken with Mario from Mario bros, and then Mario invited Elmo and another character over to join in. Once the picture was taken, the three of them had their hands out and were not so friendly in making sure that they ALL got paid. We ended up handing over $10 just to take a picture with our own phones!!!

“Check out Beautiful, the Carole King musical”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 29, 2014

The music is great, the theater is great. and the actors are superb. The lady playing Carole King is absolutely amazing and the man playing Goffen is also great. Much better than Motown.

“Broadway Musicals”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 29, 2014

The excitement of the big stage and the level of talent in the acting, singing, dancing, writing, staging, sets, costumes- there is nothing like a Broadway musical on Broadway!

“Broadway A Must Visit To Times Square”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 29, 2014

Take the subway to West 42nd Street and Broadway and you begin a wonderful and enjoyable time on Broadway where many streets along Broadway are closed to vehicle traffic and you can walk among the crowds of tourists and New Yorker's coming and going. It's the heat of the Theatre District. So, you line up early where the Statue of Father Patrick Duffy stands between 7th Avenue and Broadway for discounted Broadway tickets to musicals and plays that are available that day. Right there are The Singing Naked Cowboy and Cowgirl playing their guitars and willing to pose for a photo without asking for a "tip." Postcards can be purchased in shops 10 postcards for $1.00 - search and you'll find a shop. The postcard racks are in front of the shops. Fast food restaurants galore serving the typical food for tourists on the run to sightsee. And, don't forget to face South standing on Broadway at Father Patrick Duffy's statue - - look up at the tall building. It's where the New Year's Ball drops every December 31st at midnight with a million screaming New Yorkers in freezing weather welcoming in the NEW YEAR. Don't miss it or your trip to Manhattan isn't complete.
