We stayed 3 nights and would definitely return. The staff were excellent and seemed genuinely friendly and helpful.
The location is excellent - just a couple blocks from Times Square, and 4 blocks north of the metro station on 42nd. We ate dinner at two of the restaurants there on Restaurant Row and were happy with both meals.
The rooms are comfortable, large bathroom and shower, and the place has lots of character. Breakfast is served on the mezzanine level with a translucent roof, so it is bright with lots of plants. Lots of choices: pastries, muffins, croissants, hard boiled eggs, juice, yogurt, cereals. The room had a fridge, and a cooktop (which we didn't use).More
