This place was an incredible place to stay. We booked a single bed room and when we arrived we were upgraded to a double bed.
The room and linen was clean as could be and the restrooms were just as much! Each morning there was a flyer on our door of activities going on that day, daily temperatures and suggestions on where to go! That was definitely awesome granted that we wanted to do more than the normal tourist site attractions. The staff was amazing and helpful. Ontop of all this the hotel is a short 10 min walk to Times Square! So you’re very close without having to worry about all the noise and lights at night.
There were only a couple downfalls to this beautiful place. The breakfast was mainly pastries, cereal and coffee, so don’t have the mindset of a full sit down breakfast. Our room faced an alley(which honestly wasn’t a big deal to us since we did our sightseeing on foot). And no microwave. Many times we had left over food but had to let it go to waste because we wouldn’t be able to heat it up.
We loved this place and the bar next to it and will definitely be staying here again and again!

Booked this accommodation in January 2017 for a 4 night stay at the end of September 2017. The location could not be more perfect for a first time visitor within a few steps of Times Square, the theatre district and all the main subway lines. I had e-mailed days before we arrived letting the staff know my wife & I were travelling for our first wedding anniversary and when we did arrive we were informed that we had been upgraded to a King Room and there was a bottle of prosecco in the fridge. Absolutely fantastic service. Plus the room was very comfortable and the continental breakfast was extensive. Couldn't recommend more.

The rooms were large, we had a 2 bedroom with a kitchenette, living room and balcony. It was a great location and I thought it was relatively quiet. Lots of great restaurants close by.A plus-Loccataine products for the showers

Room Tip: We enjoyed the city life on the balcony and I found it to be quieter then other areas. Great black out curtains and cozy beds!

The hotel is above Bourbon Street Restaurant in a lovely Brownstone building on 'restaurant row' just five minutes from Times Square.
Our Room 201 was facing 46th Street so the sounds of the city were audible but what would you expect in the heart of New York....;) We had no issues with anything in the hotel, all the staff were very helpful our only negative was the room size; perfect for the lone traveller on a weekender or midweek break but we had gone for an eight day stay so had we realised just how small the room was going to be we would have upgraded to a larger room. Other than that I can't fault the hotel.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay in The French Quarters. The location is only a few blocks from times square with plenty of restaurants practically on your doorstep. From the Port Authority Bus Station it's only a few minutes walk away. The staff were top class and really made an effort making us feel welcome. Breakfast was an added bonus and really set us up for our days sightseeing. The room was large with plenty of character, two large beds and a bathroom with an excellent walk in shower. I would highly recommend The French Quarters and definitely plan on staying again.
