Got tickets last minute to see the show with my family who were visiting from India. What a treat! The sets were minimal but efficiently done, keeping the focus on the acting and the singing. Every single one of the actors were right on point, and John Lloyd Young as Frankie Valli is back for a limited engagement. Everything about the musical was just top notch and all I ever expected from a Broadway show. Just a few tips that I'd like to share:
1. The rear orchestra seating lets you see the cast at all times, but some of the props were out of view at some points. Mezzanine would have definitely been better.
2. We spent over $600 on our five tickets, but if you head over to the TKTS booth at time square/ south street seaport they regularly have same-day tickets at 30 to 60% off. (Check the website before heading there to see availability)
3. There's a lot of swearing and adult-oriented themes so just be mindful if you're taking your kids / family along.
All in all a must-visit when in New York. 5/5 stars!
