Two friends and I traveled to New York the last week of August for the U.S. Open. We stayed at the Hilton Club for 5 nights and at the One UN West tower for another 2 nights. We wished we could have stayed all 7 nights at the Hilton Club. Our 2 bedroom suite, on the 38th floor, was very spacious and in excellent condition. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Shelly (I'm terrible with names, so I hope I remembered her name correctly). The daily breakfast and complimentary drinks were very convenient. The hotel is in a perfect location - only a short walk to Central Park, Broadway and Time's Square, and there's a subway line at the end of the block. I'm surprised by some of the poor reviews of other travelers - perhaps they are getting the hotel mixed up with the Hilton Club? This hotel just made our first trip to New York that much better. It wasn't easy to get our reservation at the Hilton Club, but I will definitely try to stay here again the next time I visit New York.More
