We had a great meal with fabulous wine. From the complimentary bread to the salads to the pasta & fish, all our dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. Everything very fresh.

We managed to get a last minute booking to this place, mind you it was 6pm. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend living in NY. The place looked beautiful, the seating weren't too close together, had great space and overall relaxed and hip setting. We were seated far away from everyone else, not sure why as we had a shower before we came and thought we dressed appropriately, not hip enough maybe. We did bring an 8 yr old??? So we felt somewhat left out being seated away from everyone, there was a whole void between the other customers and us it was that far away. The food was a little disappointing, I had the oysters to start with and they were small, cold and tasteless even with the dressing. For mains I had the pasta carbonara which I found the pasta overcooked and the sauce a bit on the claggy side and very rich and at the same time tasteless is that possible? Not what I was expecting, I thought since they promoted freshness the produce would shine and the food would be more tasty and flavoursome. We didn't stay for dessert. We found the service too much, we didn't have that much time to taste the food before coming over, maybe they felt bad seating us on our own. It was a little bit pretentious for my liking.

Lucked out with a last minute reservation Saturday night. The food - prepared with the freshest of ingredients, no butter or cream, was presented beautifully and tasted just short of orgasmic. Do not pass up the rhubarb infused oysters!

Had the tasting menu paired with wines last Sat night and we were just blown away by the experience. The food was delicious and went to a whole new level with the wine pairings. The sommelier, Paschaline, has really chosen some unusual and unforgettable wines, including a sparkling wine from Vermont that was lovely. We often do wine pairings with tasting menus, and neither of us could recall a better match. In addition, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere very hip. The only (just little) complaint was the noise from the music was too high for intimate conversation. Can't wait to return.

This restaurant is a breath of fresh air......something totally different. With superb decor and terrific service, the menu delights......it intrigues......it is full of surprises. Recommended to us by Illya Yanchuk, one of the concierge team at The Plaza, Central Park, where we are staying........absolutely terrific food. We will be returning and please open a branch in London!
