We booked a reservation for the Palm and I indicated that one of our group had several allergies (nuts, soy). Upon arriving, they graciously welcomed us and directed us to a nice booth (there is a back room also, but I would request seating in the front part). As soon as the waiter introduced himself, he immediately brought up the allergy and assured the person that they would be taken care of. Throughout the night the service and the food was excellent. They also make excellent alcoholic drinks. The allergy was also talked about so the diner could feel comfortable that everything (including dessert) was safe to eat. If I had to wage a complaint, it would most likely be the cost. It seemed pretty high, but I guess we did have steaks and lobsters!

Each year I treat my hard working staff to a nice lunch. We work in the Financial District so this was a "road trip" for us. To say it was worth the trip was putting it mildy. We were warmly greeted by our server Austen. The service, and the food were top notch! We could not have asked for a better server than Austen. He good naturedly put up with our jokes. Our glassess were never empty and when we asked for reccomendations he offered some delicious suggestions! Thank you Austen and team...Santa came early this year! We will be back!

Managed to eat here without booking with a small wait and it was certainly worth it. Great food, good value and efficient service.

A must when you visit NYC.

The steaks here used to be great, as was the service, but it has gone downhill since opening. Expensive.

Quite honestly, the most fabulous steak I have ever had. Pricey, yes. Worth it ? Absolutely, yes. I really enjoyed this Restaurant. Went with a work colleague, we were on a business trip from Dublin, Ireland.
