The room was very nicely decorated and very clean. The king bed and bedding were very comfortable. Did not hear any hall noise at all. Could faintly hear sirens. Room was on the 14th floor and had a decent view. The elevators were adequately fast. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The location is excellent with good proximity to Carnegie Hall, Central Park, Columbus Circle, and 5th Avenue shopping. The regular price was a little high, but it is NYC. Overall, excellent hotel.

We have Hilton Gold membership and stayed here for 5 days. We had a 1 bedroom suite on 22nd floor rear - super quiet, great views of Empire State Bldg, Money Bldg, and 56th St below. Loved the floor to ceiilng windows, even in bathroom. Spacious and convenient accommodation, walking distance to almost everything we needed. Plenty of outlets in rooms to charge several devices. Two tvs, one in sitting room, one in bedroom. Good, big bathroom, with soaker tub, lots of bathroom supplies and towels, mending kit, shower cap. Double glass desk in sitting room so we could work at our computers side by side. The usual comfy Hilton beds & linens for a peaceful sleep. Bathrobes, umbrella, fridge, water, wine glasses and wine bottle opener, bar. Complimentary healthy fresh breakfast every morning and cocktails and hors d'oevres in evening in the Members' Lounge. Can't say how much this meant to us: so good to have an excellent breakfast in house, and come back to a comfortable cocktail hour after a day out and about, before evening activity. Fresh fruit, Greek yogurts, yummy cheeses, fresh cut veggies, good teas, wines, friendly staff - a real treat. Muffins and chocolate offered in lobby during day. Super nice staff throughout the hotel, only too ready to help.

We were given a weekend stay here by timeshare owners at this property. We've stayed here once before. Last time we stayed in the standard "studio" level room and this time we were in the "studio premiere." There is actually a big difference in the rooms: the studio premiere has a refrigerator (separate from the mini-bar), a separate couch seating area with second TV, and a large and deep bathtub in addition to the steam shower.

The staff here is gracious and unobtrusive. Check-in and out were both easy and they held our luggage for us the day of check out. The rooms and hotel finishings are modern, clean, and comfortable. I love the toiletries they stock.

The biggest perks of this place are the location and the owner's lounge.

We find the location excellent. It is slightly removed from the insanity of Times Square and the Theater District but are quick walks to both. It is a block from Central Park and very close to other attractions such as MOMA. Additionally, there are subway lines on either end of the hotel's block so that makes for very easy transit outside of the immediate area. We took the train easily to Brooklyn, the LES, and East Village. Use the Google Maps app on your phone and it's easy as can be. I prefer restaurants outside of the immediate hotel location and this was easily accomplished.

The breakfast and happy hour spreads are always the same from visit to visit and day to day but they are plentiful and high quality. We always tend to eat a large breakfast and then barely need lunch before happy hour followed by a later dinner.

We did not have to pay, of course, nor did we have to listen to a sales pitch. But it is a fantastic place to stay.

We spent two nights at the hotel which is in a wonderful location. Scheduling/rescheudling the sales appointment was a nightmare. It made me question how good the customer service would be once you bought in. The two hour sales pitch was "terrific". The guys do typical tag team to get you to buy into the program. As far as the accommodations our room was small, but sleek and the staff was very cordial.

West 57th is smart and chic, but not over the top. Love the wood floors. The staff could not be more helpful and the breakfasts and cocktail hours were terrific. Just don't eat too much if you are planning dinner out. Location is central - we never took a taxi to a show or restaurant. It's just a really easy, relaxing almost home-away-from home place to be. We liked it so much we bought a share in it which we can pass on to our children.
