This review is a long time coming. I travel to NYC a few times a year and I always stay at the Milburn. Have stayed here on and off for over ten years. I love the location and the staff is fantastic - consistently helpful and friendly. They always say "Welcome back" and are quick to help with any questions or requests. The rooms are larger than most NYC hotels and they are kept clean with super comfortable mattresses. I've stayed in standard Queen rooms and suites alone and with friends. We always comment on how roomy it is for NY hotel rooms. The kitchenette in every room is super useful and the coffee maker and coffee provided in the room is actually good. Lots of great restaurants nearby including the best croissants I've ever had right on the corner at Maison Kayser.

I've stayed at more expensive hotels in NY but I always come back to the Milburn for comfortability and value and I love the neighborhood. Super easy to get around - hop on bus or subway nearby, enjoy the city, see a Broadway show at night and then come "home" to a quiet peaceful place to relax.

My brother and sister in law stayed here in March. They were able to get a room a week in advance for ~200 a night. They were later upgraded to a suite. Maison Kayser is around the corner for baked goods and breakfast. Nice rooms and staff.

I recently stayed here for 2 nights while traveling on business. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable, but it is a little outdated. They do a great job of keeping it clean. Location has easy access to subway (only a couple stops to times square area for tourists) and is on a quiet street; several good restaurants close by also (Serefina and Cafe Frida are to name a few). The fitness center had quality equipment and is average sized for an NYC hotel.

I love this hotel! The location is great, the street is quiet, the staff are genuinely gracious and welcoming, and the rooms are spacious. Our suite included a kitchenette, a nice fold-out sofa, excellent bedding, and FREE wifi for four devices. I should mention that this was a combined business-family trip. The Milburn was perfect.

Stayed there for two nights last week and very much enjoyed the location on the upper West side. The hotel is only a few blocks away from the 1 red line and a few stops from all the main attractions.

The lobby is very beautiful and inviting and the staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. The elevator is quite small and takes quite a while to wait for.

The room is very cozy with all amenities necessary for a great stay. The bathroom is extremely small and reminded me of very tiny European bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. The small kitchenette is also a nice addition.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location near s tom of great eateries and shops. It is also very close to Central Park and other nice venues. I'd definitely stay there again if given the chance.
