Great location but staff were not very service focused or freindly/welcoming. No bell boy so I had to manage my luggage on my own. I accidently locked myself out of my room when I arrived when I was trying to get my luggage in my room. I called down from the phone on the floor and explained what happened and asked if someone could come up and open my door they said they were busy but would send someone up. After waiting in the hallway for over 25 mins with my luggage I went down to the desk myself and got a new key. The rooms are very nice, new and clean with lovely bedding and comfortable beds. The rooms ending with 02 are the smallest rooms. I was lucky I was by myself because barely enough room for my luggage. The rooms also did not have in room safes. I don't know why in this day and age they would not put a safe in each room. The front desk did have keyed safety deposit boxes but if you lose the key the fee is $400.00 to replace it.
If this hotel had in room safes, better customer service, a bell boy and free breakfast it would be perfect.More
