One of the best and under-rated public institutions in the city of New York, I popped in mainly for a glimpse of the Gutenburg Bible. One of less than 50 versions left from an original printing of 180 copies, the library's version is printed on paper, as opposed to rarer versions printed on vellum. Also managed to see the Rose Main Reading Room - this was prior to its temporary closure.
