Description: At FIG & OLIVE, we want to highlight our menu’s core ingredient of olive oil, which we use in place of butter in our dishes. From a sweet and delicate olive oil from the French Riviera that pairs well with a Steamed Lemon Sole Papillote to an assertive Spanish Picual or a Tuscan olive oil that holds its own with Seared Salmon with Fennel and Green Olives, and a green-fruit Provence olive oil that we serve with a Green Apple Sorbet. Our cuisine along with an elegant white, green and terra-cotta décor immerse our guests into the essence of the Mediterranean region.

“A little different....”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 30, 2012 via mobile

Went here as recommended by a friend after Radio City Christmas Spectacular (which was brilliant!). Very interesting crostinis to start with which we enjoyed. Mains were also good & then sweet crostinis to finish - gorgeous! We found wine quite pricey (€50 plus) but enjoyed a nice rose! The restaurant was VERY noisy and I was quite cold. I noticed quite a few ladies sitting under the air-con alongside the walls were like me, wrapped in pashminas. A lovely meal though - a bit different & very pleasant service.

Great food and service. We had a paella and pasta (funghi). Both were delicious. The restaurant is cousy with a nice decoration.

“Great service, but small restaurants and small portions.....”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 20, 2012

I chose this location for a special birthday dinner. The location advertised on the website was not the place we ate. So I was disappointed by the size of the restaurant. It was small and somewhat noisy which made it hard to converse. The service from Daniel was wonderful. The food was presented well, however taste wise it was average. The portions very small, and my guests left hungry an hour after we left. I might try another location, or another restaurant next time.
