My boyfriend and I spent this past weekend in NYC, for a mini vacation. We booked our room about 3 weeks ago. It is truly an amazing hotel. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. The people working at the hotel were beyond friendly and helpful. They made you feel at home! I was on a medication that required it to be refrigerated and they made sure that I was taken care of. We were allowed to check in 3 hours early and then when we checked out they allowed us to store our luggage for free in their baggage claim until later that night when it was time to leave. The breakfast consisted of cereals, bagels, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc... There was a beautiful church next door and then the heart of Times Square was literally a stone throw away. When searching for other rates, most rooms were anywhere from $500-$900 per night, we stayed for $330! I would not stay anywhere else and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!! I would love to thank the staff of this wonderful hotel for being so kind and helpful and for providing a wonderful experience for us. They made it even harder for us to leave NYC, but knowing that the Broadway @ Times Square hotel is there makes it much easier to say we will be back soon!

Dear tthomke,
Thank you so much for your positive review. We’re glad you and your boyfriend enjoyed your mini vacation with us. Our staff works very hard to ensure that guests stay in a clean, comfortable, and friendly environment. We will certainly pass on the positive comments to them.
We will continue to work hard to please our guests and we look forward to welcoming you for your next visit!

I booked this hotel after reading reviews posted here and comparing rates and locations. was not disappointed. we booked a room with a king size bed. the staff were very helpful and gave us a pass to avoid lines at a museum we visited. we arrived early and could have left our luggage even though our room was not ready. bed was comfy. plenty of hot water. breakfast wasn't great but was free. coffee was horrible but there was a pot in our room so we could make our own coffee or tea. parking garage right across the street. subway right around the corner. about a block from times square. would definitely stay again.

My wife and I recently spent a week at this hotel. Another hotel within the same chain was recommended to me by friends, but I found the reviews on Trip Advisor to be better for the Broadway at Times Square so booked the hotel. We were not disappointed. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We were given a decent sized room on the 9th floor. Breakfast is included. It is a continental breakfast, basic, but everything is fresh and tasty. The location of the hotel is good for those that want to be near Times Square. It is only a half block to 7th Avenue where a lot of the activity is. Most areas within Manhattan are within easy walking distance of this hotel. All staff that we met were friendly and helpful. I have to give a special mention to Giovanni at the front desk. He was the most friendly of all the staff we met. He is a true asset to this hotel. Don't hesitate in staying at this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: Larger rooms are at the front of the hotel overlooking West 46 Street which can be a little noisy. Q...

We stayed here for one night pre-cruise. We were on the second floor in a small (this is NYC) but comfortable room. We found the bathroom to be quite large by NYC standard. Breakfast was included with our stay with a good selection of food. The free Wifi in the room was an added bonus. The staff were very friendly and happy to answer any questions. The location was perfect - around the corner from Times Square yet very quiet. The only "con" would be the elevator. There is only one and it is very slow.

unfortunately it was a room without view so no daylight either. This was compensated by the fact that there was hardly any noise from the street. Breakfest was very basic but OK. People were friendly and always willing to answer questions and give information.

Like many have said this hotel is exactly what we needed: close to Time Square, King sized bed, reasonably priced with breakfast and free WiFi. We arrived early and were offered a room at the front which was larger or at the back which was quieter and smaller. We came prepared with our white noise machine and confidently took the street view on the second floor. The room was a good size complete with desk, chair, dresser, TV, coffee maker and King bed. The closet safe held my laptop and the bathroom was a reasonable size. Everything was crisp and clean. With the A/C and the white noise machine we weren't at all bothered by the street noise...until 4 am. That was when the garbage was picked up, by multiple companies we came to learn. Apparently owners contract nightly garbage collection. There was no sleeping through that metal on metal noise. It didn't ruin our trip and I can't say I wasn't warned but I would recommend taking a room elsewhere. I am sure the second floor was worse than other floors as well but we did enjoy the quick access with the stairs.

Staff were all fabulously friendly and helpful. One other oddity is the bathroom door being made of glass. You couldn't turn on the light at night without disturbing your spouse. The homeless sleeping on the steps of the church were not an issue at all.
