“Cool spot for a drink”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 6, 2014

This place is like a hidden treasure - but not quite a secret anymore. I have to say, though, it is not a place for the impatient. It's small, unique and amazing but with only 2 bartenders behind the bar, waiting for your cocktail may seem like an eternity - especially in heels. The Apartment gets very busy after work so make a reservation.

“Yummy, expensive, and upscale”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 2, 2014 via mobile

Must try the ginger martini. It's insanely good. The martinis are also very good. Expect to pay around $15 per cocktail, however. Also there's a dress code. No t-shirts!

“A very cool place for a drink in Grand Central Station”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 28, 2014

The Campbell Apartment is located inside Grand Central Station. It has been restored from the 1920's. It is the former private office and living area of a tycoon from that era. It is a very cool place to have a drink before or after dinner or the theater. It's like stepping back in time. Highly recommend.

“Nice piece of "hidden NY"”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 17, 2014

Once you know where it is, you wonder how you missed it all these years. Enjoyed cocktails and a light snack to celebrate a birthday recently. Very charming room and you forget your in Grand Central Terminal for a little while. As many of the reviews mention, it is expensive (even for NY). My tab for drinks for 6 came to about $300, but it was worth it for the experience. If you've never been there, go. If you have friends visiting from out of town or first timers to NY, bring them and you'll look like you're really a city insider.

“Fun spot for people watching and cocktails”

Went here for a pre-dinner drink and it was such fun. Great spot to watch the beautiful of New York and drink yummy cocktails. I had the prohibition punch - delicious.
