Good service and good food quality, though overpriced in my opinion, but you are in Manhattan....
Location is great, very close to 5th Aveneue and Central Park, the restaurant is small and noisy, may be another standard in New York.

We did not know where we would eat so, as we were having a walk, we stopped at Bice Ristorante. As soon as we mentioned that we were from Montreal, he mentioned us the Bice Ristorante in Montreal and treated us like family. I realized that everybody there were treated as family.
Food, service and ambiance were exceptional. A bit pricy but, with no regret because of the quality of everything.

We went here for dinner before going to see the Rockettes. The waiter was super friendly and attentive. Any question you had for him he took the time to thoroughly explain it and didn't make you feel rushed at all. My son got the spicy sausage risotto, he liked it but there was a tad too much truffle oil in it. My wife and I split a pizza which was quite tasty as well. Obviously you are in NYC and the prices are ridiculous but that is to be expected. I would go back strictly because of the great service we received.
