We were looking for a place for dessert after an unfulfilling dinner at candle79 and stumbled in here. They had a huge wheel of Parmesan in the center of the restaurant that they ignited with grappa and then tossed in a fresh made bowl of pasta scraping the ignited cheese into the pasta. They served this with fresh shaved white truffle. This dish was over the edge decadent for this foodie. I forced myself to eat another course even thigh I had previously eaten. Fabulous!!
