“Our Favorite Museum in NYC”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 7, 2014

This museum in an absolute gem. The architecture of the mansion is incredible and provides an amazing setting for a spectacular collection of artwork. There is a wonderful free audio guide that describes the rooms and the important art pieces in an interesting and often entertaining way. The museum is small enough that you can get an overview of all the galleries in one visit without becoming exhausted or overwhelmed. We highly recommend it!

“Go Sunday Morning”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 6, 2014

Sunday morning is pay what you'd like. Since I only had an hour, and that is all I cared to spend in the museum it was a great deal. Interesting artwork and place to visit. Some nice paintings. Worth a stop.

Unbelievable how many big names they have on display. Truly an unforgettable experience. Costs a fair bit but is definitely worth dipping into your pocket for

“Hidden Gem”

A lovely museum. Went with a friend who is a member, as we were able to bypass line to see "The Goldfinch", which was part of a Dutch masters exhibit. The permanent collection is beautiful. Thanks Mr. Frick for being a robber baron and collecting all that nice swag to display in such a grand home!

“Spectacular!”

Great art in a unique and wonderful setting. I can't wait to return. I liked the audio tour, and I focused most on the entries for the rooms.
