Moderately priced first rate accommodations in the heart of Times Square. Great staff and fantastic restaurant. The price fixed dinner was beyond awesome. Beautiful room, not a great view, walking distance to most Broadway theaters and the TKTS booth. Complimentary happy our sangria packs a punch. We still have our Luma house slippers as a reminder of our wonderful stay.

Excellent location, friendly staff (especially Irving, Dario, and Rodolfo), spacious room even with 2 king-sized beds, free package receiving services, and everything is new. We had a two-hour delay with our check-in, which was extremely frustrating, but we were compensated with free continental breakfast for our entire stay. My only complaint would be the tinted window. It was difficult to assess the weather and decide what to wear as it always looked like night time from our room on the 15th floor...

Suh, I am so sorry you had a delay at check in but I am happy we were able to make up for it. We do have a few rooms with two king size beds facing 41st street which offer natural day light vs. the back of the building. I am happy to staff were attentive and we do hope you come back soon! Brand new hotel. Excellent location in Manhattan, near Times Square and Bryant Park, with subway stations. Great and spacious rooms. Very clean. Amazing staff, always available. Nice sheets and pillows. Definitely one of the best hotels in NYC.

Great central location to walk to many sights in NYC with very comfortable rooms!! Staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive!! The only negative was the elevator was a little slow at times. Overall, a great place to stay.

Sandra! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! I am sorry that you had to wait at times for the elevators! As fast as they are, going 30 stories with multiple stops does delay them. I am glad overall you did enjoy your stay and thank you for the 5 stars! In anticipation Kate

hotel location is excellent, it is the only one reason I stayed in this hotel. It is good for hotel to ask clients preference before you check in, but just paper work. For example, hotel asked my preference. i just required a room on higher floor, but they arranged 3rd floor for me.It is the lowest floor in hotel. So, don't expect hotel will care of your preference. Staff is o.k. but not enthusiasm like some travelers mentioned.

Room Tip: no comments since I got a poor room

Chun, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We received your survey comments also and tried to reach out to you immediately upon receiving it. You are absolutely correct that we dropped the ball. You booked an ADA King Room and unfortunately those rooms are only on the lower floors. Both when the request was made by you via our pre-stay email and then at check in our staff failed to relay this to you and offer you an option to upgrade to a different room category which are located on higher floors. I am so sorry that this was not done. We are addressing this and ensuring that we are anticipating our guest needs and addressing any concerns ahead of time. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. In anticipation Kate
