I had toured the Cloisters years ago and recently took my husband while driving home from my sister's house in Connecticut. He was impressed by the medieval nature of the building and the artifacts contained therein. I always enjoy looking at the tapestries, especially the Unicorn series. The parking looks horrible but we had no trouble finding a space near the entrance. The pay-what-you-can dictate helped me to decide to stop here, even though I knew we would not be staying very long.
