There are 2 memorial pools, one on each of the sites of the twin towers. The inner walls are covered in continuous water flows that drop down in the center that represents the lower levels of the towers. The outer walls of the pools include the names of all that died there. This is a very moving memorial.

I stayed in the WTC many years ago and have memories of those buildings standing along with photo to prove it. To see these fountains, water features with the names surrounding it is a stark reminder of the senseless waste. Beautifully done though

I've never experienced anything like it. It is heartwarming to see the visitors, friends and family paying their respects. It is heartbreaking to know how and why but heartwarming to see how everyone is remembered.

This one acre elevated park gives one a splendid view of the 911 Museum & Memorials. It is home to "The Sphere", a 25 foot tall sculpture that survived 911. If you are in the area, take a short walk and visit to this area...worth the extra steps.

Very emotional but the 'void' memorials are well-suited and meaningful. Solemn and sad yet hopeful to see all that has been rebuilt or built anew.
