This is a place where people can relax, walk, jog or just enjoy themselves in a crazy city. We went by Strawberry Hill which is a part of the park dedicated to John Lennon who lived across the street from Central Park. They have a place where you can rent a row boat and leasurly paddle around their lake, horse and buggy rides and much more. Their bathroom facilities leave a lot to be desired. The bathroom facilites do not appear to have been undated since the park originated.

We spend July 4th at the park. Kids loved it, they climbed all the rocks, we had great relaxing time.

Central Park is absolutely beautiful. I think the awe of it all is because when you’re in the park, it’s like you’re totally disconnected from the concrete jungle just outside it’s parameters.

There is a vibe in the park that’s so comforting. You just pick up that everyone is there to clear their head.

There’s horse drawn carriages everywhere, the old architecture in the park is beautiful.

I fell in love with Central Park almost immediately and I’m sure you will too. I recommend a visit - no matter what side or angle you come in from.
