If you take your time, there is a lot to see inside the park. Get a map, and discover. So nice to walk around in a quiet environment without cars in the middle of New York

My daughter got married in the Lady Pavilion in Central Park and it was beautiful. Absolutely lots to see, so take a picnic and spend the day there

We walked quite a lot of it. Lovely autumn day but warm even though it is square it us so easy to lose your bearings there as there are paths going everywhere. I wanted to see some people playing baseball but unfortunately not. It is very quite relaxing change on a busy trip

Spent a lovely morning at the park and zoo, would recommend it definitely. Staff were friendly and helpful and entry to zoo was only $13 each.

I have been to Central Park many times and every time I go I find something different to see/do. The row boats on the lake are just magical and the strawberry fields take your breath away. Central Park at any time of the year is a must!

We had to walk through Central Park on a couple of occassions when visiting the city - what a great place to visit. We loved the fact that the grounds are in a rocky, hilly area and that there are so many paths and areas to explore - a great asset for the city.

We so loved Central Park. An amazing space in such a busy city. We ran round and hired bikes and rode around the outside.

Stunning

We only went for a walk but ended up taking a carriage bike trip, really glad we did it wasn't cheap but worth it for 45 minutes we has a running commentary from the lovely Italian rider We stopped at 2 nice places for photos and we got to find out where the stars lived and what they paid. We did stop at Strawberry Fields and the Imagine Memorial to John Lennon And had a look at his apartment block where Yoko still lives. Our Italian says he has seen Yoko walking round a few times. I would recommend a ride round Central Park as you will see a lot more and get the history behind it all.

Central Park is the oasis in the centre of one of the fastest moving energetic cities in the world. It offers tranquility when the noise and pace of the city gets to much. It has many hidden gems and great fun to explore. Walked around and also did a lovely horse drawn carriage ride. To old to run these days and my cycling days are long past but fun to do for the younger visitors and seems perfectly safe environment to do and enjoy
