A surprisingly lovely park in the middle of NYC, from buskers playing jazz, the pedalos, to having a run on the loop. There is plenty to do and plenty of space to do it in. Ended up being one of our favorite parts of our trip to NYC.

Great place to people watch and enjoy a stroll around the pond in the Big City. Take a horse and carriage ride before going to a broadway show.

Had a great time walking through Central Park and this place make you think you have escaped the hustle of the Big Apple. Have read that a few times in other reviews and it’s true. Due to the time of visit the park was cooler but in full glory with the colour of all the trees and falling leaves. Great walk and it was reasonably busy as this is iconic. Viewing the surrounding skyline and thinking of all the times you have seen this on many movies made it a surreal experience. If you have time to walk and chill give it a visit.

Anytime of year is a good time to experience Central Park. One of my favorite things to do is to watch the locals enjoying their open space.

The fall colors were peeking in the Park in late October/early November. The park provided a peaceful break from the streets of NYC. The John Lennon tribute was pleasant with a musician nearby playing his guitar and singling related music with a small gathering of people added to the experience.
With small lakes and paths, streets and trails you could wander for as much or little time as you’d like. Several museums adjoin the park that you can visit while in the area. A worthwhile stop if you have an extended stay in NYC.

There isn't much to say about this world famous attraction . It was pretty much like we expected it to be. Everyone enjoying their little time away from the hustle and bustle of the city.. it was a nice experience. Also it's so huge.

Visited Central Park on Marathon day!!! It wasn’t particularly busy but parts of the park were cordoned off because of the marathon. Colours in the park were breathtaking, my daughter didn’t ask me to bring her any presents back but was asked to take pictures of the trees, she wasn’t disappointed. Mum and I had a quick bite of lunch in the Boathouse, we both had the Garden burger which was divine. Can’t wait to return to see the parts we missed xxxx

An oasis of greenery in the concrete jungle offering the perfect place to walk, run and cycle. I prefer to just wander through the various sections past the zoo then the lake for model boats ( icerink in the winter)up into the northern section . After listening to some music and lunch at the Boathouse restaurant back to Midtown via the sports areas and Strawberry Fields on the west side

Firstimers should buy a map in the park otherwise you will miss so much.
