Owner description: Rockefeller Center is a national historic landmark in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Home to Top of the Rock Observation Deck, NBC Studios, Radio City Music Hall and much more. Shop, dine and explore at one of New York's most inspiring locations.

The tour was wonderful and so worth the extra $10. Our tour guide, Christine, was so knowledgeable and made the tour interesting for everyone in our group including our autistic 21 year old daughter. Christine's narration told a story in which the art, architecture, culture and people of Rockefeller Center and NYC are woven together. I loved hearing the stories about the Rockefellers, the artists and the visionaries who built it. I would never have been able to see and absorb so much about the art and architecture without Christine. I highly recommend this tour.

The top of the Rock was so much more enjoyable than the Empire State building. Spectacular views without being packed in like sardines.

This place is actually pretty nice. From the flags flying around to the giant Lego and Nintendo stores nearby, you can actually spend a good deal of time here. It's magical during Christmas time too.

Beautiful view of the city at night.Nice break from the hustle & bustle of N.Y.C.. Well worth the time and fee to get a different perspective of this wonderful city.

The shops, cafes, and skating rink make this a desired stop with an international flair. There are shops for the children, such as the Lego store, which are always popular.
Tour packages are available in the main building for the Empire State Building observation level, etc., and there are more shops and cafes inside the building.
The square is open to the air, so be prepared in wet weather.
