It was great to see the interior of the Woolworth Building, and the guide Edward Welter was very nice, informative, with interesting stories about the place.

We were so happy we happened upon the Woolworth tour! Such an interesting story, and beautiful building! One of the more economical tours in NYC, and so authentic, off the time square grid! Ed was a great tour guide, very clear and informative with an obvious love for what he does. Would highly recommend you also plan to visit the restaurant attached "The Wooly" for an amazing lunch or dinner in one of the coolest restaurants/ pubs we visited in NYC.

Excellent 90 minute guided visit of ground floor, basement, and mezzanine. Go at the weekend when the building has less pedestrian traffic.

Woolworth skyscraper is magnificent, and its history is exciting, a lot of facts I would never expect. I was on a half-hour tour, and it seems half-hour was not enough for the guide to tell everything he knows about the building. Next time I will enroll for an hour-and-half tour.

We took the 1 1/2 hour with our guide, Ed Welter. (I believe 30 minute and 60 minute tours are also available.). This building was built in the early 1910's and is mouth dropping beautiful. Our guide was exceptional! He was knowledgeable not only about the building and it's history, but the story of the surrounding area...and about F. W. Woolworth and his life.
We absolutely loved this tour. The hour and a half literally "flew" by.
