This is a great hotel. Staff is exceptional, rooms well appointed and the views on the 19th floor breathtaking. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom super nice. Location is a little off the beaten track but convenient to a lot of downtown places. Close to the subway and lots of taxis available. It is very expensive but that is typical for Four Seasons (as you get what you pay for). They do have coffee makers in the room but a nice touch would be to have complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. $12 for a cup of coffee in the hotel restaurant seemed a little excessive and they need to figure out how you can get liquor from room service (although I do understand the issue is they do not own the restaurant so it is a problem).
But I would stay here again in a heartbeat because they meet the standards of the Four Seasons and the staff goes out of their way to take care of you.More
