You realize this is a very special place from the minute you step in, as the restaurant has a very authentic personality, with kitsch decor and not a simple space left unadorned.
The tables are tiny and you rub elbows with the people on the tables next to yours, but you forget that the moment your fondue arrives, as the two we ordered (Mushroom Royale and French Onion) were absolutely delicious. We had a pitcher of "7th Street" white wine sangria, which was also very good and refreshing for the heat of this summer. Speaking of heat, the only downside to this place we experienced was that it was a bit too hot for us, so better air-conditioning would make this restaurant simply perfect.
Finally, I have to mention that all the staffers that interacted with us were great, from the doorman that greeted us to the waiters that made sure our glasses were always full of sangria and that everything was good for us.
I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking to have tasty fondue within a special atmosphere.
