We were directed to Londel's by our innkeeper and were initially suspicious because it was so easy to get a reservation on a Saturday night. We were positively impressed once we arrived. The service could not have been better. The young woman who assisted us was friendly, efficient and accommodating.
The food was pretty good. Some of us had the blackened catcfish which was actually perfect. Not too spicy and cooked just right...not dried out. My husband had the smothered pork chops and it was also good and plentiful. The mac and cheese was like I make at home, so I loved it. The greens were quite tasty.
All in all, I don't know why the place was not fuller than it was. We enjoyed ourselves there very much.
