Incredible residence!
the hotel located in a beautiful neighborhood with many food shops around. The room was big and clean with 2 large TVs. The staff very polite especially Giovanni always in a good mood and helpful with everything !The sun terrace is the best place to relax by drinking a glass of wine and relaxing while watching the world trade center building.
Thank you Aka wall street!

Large modern rooms, bigger than any I have stayed in NYC for the price, full kitchens, well equipped bathrooms with quality towels and robes , very comfortable beds. Very quiet room. Very unusual for this city. Highly attentive service. Great location - not just for the financial district but all things lower Manhattan. Very good quality coffee shop right next door. Terrific restaurants and atmosphere in South Street Seaport a 5 minute walk away. Small negatives - noisy air conditioning and small desk - gym could be bigger. But this will be my hotel of choice in NYC. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the AKA Wall Street Hotel for 6 nights in August 2017, it was amazing!

We had a studio room on Level 17, it was a small but still spacious enough room and the bathroom was quite big. The entire place on the inside was very modern and beautiful, very new looking, very clean and well maintained. Especially for Manhattan sizes, the room was a decent size for a studio.

Our room had a small self contained kitchen with small fridge, Keurig coffee machine, nice electric kettle, cutlery and cooking utensils. There was no couch or desk/chair, but the room had a kitchenette, bed, tv, bathroom, but plenty of cupboard space. The window opened a little bit just at the top for some fresh air.

The bathroom had a decent hairdryer, shoe mitt, makeup removal wipes, tissues, toiletries, but no shower cap so bring your own. The water pressure was great and the shower cubicle was pretty big.

The staff were fantastic, everyone we encountered there was so friendly, polished, professional and helpful.

There was also a free guest laundry and small gym. The laundry had free washing liquid, 3 huge washers and 3 dryers, all free to use. The gym had just light free weights, treadmills, air walkers, rowing machine and weights machine. I didn't get to use it but there was also a rooftop bar and small movie cinema, and an area with free snacks & drinks.

The location is about a 10 min walk to the new One World Trade Centre building and 9/11 memorial. It was about a 5 minute walk to the Fulton St subway station nearby which takes you anywhere you want to go. To get the train to Times Square was about 15 mins.

For breakfast we went to an awesome place called Open Kitchen about 2 min walk from the hotel, definitely check it out!

We had a great time there, such a nice hotel - we would definitely stay there again and would also be happy to try other AKA Hotels!

Here is a photo of the outside of the hotel, and a photo of the view from our room!

Enjoy!

I just came back from a week stay at Aka Wall Street.

The room was excellent, new, great view and decor. It had a full kitchen, separate living room and king size bed.

Most of front desk staff was nice and friendly but there was one guy that seems to be out of place.

On the night before check out (11am btw) we requested an extension to 12pm which was granted. But at 11:15 housekeeping knocked on our door asking if we were leaving and I told her we had talked and they let us stay this extra hour. 10 minutes later, was the time of the bell captain to knock on our door asking if we needed assistance with our luggage. We felt being kicked off the room!! Honestly I've never seen such an effort to put people out of a room, even though they had a miscommunication issue!

Anyway those incidents weren't enough to make us look for another hotel because we loved the room, so we will stay there again on our next trip to NY in September.

When traveling for extended periods of time, it's necessary to find a home that is comfortable and welcomes pets for the mister, Lucas and myself. And AKAs financial district location delivered beyond our many stays at air bnbs, hotels, and resort expectations.

We had reservations here for a week (Thurs-Thursday) mid August, and upon our arrival we were greeted by one of NYCs finest doorman, Giovanny. He was quick to help with our bags from our uber, always ready to open doors and grace us with his high energy and positive vibes.

Our unit was on the 18th floor which is below the penthouse suites and rooftop deck by 3 floors. The suite was a one bedroom with a separate living area and full kitchen. The hotel also had complimentary washer and dryers available on the 2nd floor where the gym and conference/business center was also situated.

During our stay here, I was able to enjoy some uber eats delivery on the rooftop deck where there are plenty of spaces to dine, lounge and enjoy their surround sound cinema amenities. They also offered popcorn and cookies on Thursday night when they were premiering an old classic movie, Dick Tracey.

The rooms had nice lush towels and the bedsheets were soft and cozy with comfortable plush pillows.

They also offer coffee and tea with light snacks every day on the rooftop deck.

MOST IMPORTANTLY!! This is a pet friendly establishment. Everyone knew Lucas' name and was always so happy to see him, provide him with a water bowl and just overall accommodating. This alone is why we would return back to their many locations as I was told there is one being built in Tribeca and Miami and many others that I'm not mentioning.

Rosaline-one of the housekeepers was always chippery and Mariela always made sure we got what we needed.

I highly recommend this property for those looking for corporate housing or just looking to stay for a couple days. There's a fridge, conventional microwave and dishwasher and fully furnished kitchenette silverware.
I believe the property was built last November so relatively new- and you can't beat that!
