Nice place! Right by the freeway, clean, plenty of parking, and good breakfast! Cant go wrong here. Might seem a little pricey for the immediate area but worth it. We were just passing through and picked it after reading other reviews and am glad I did.

We pass through Flat Rock every year and usually stay at a chain hotel in Fletcher, but this year opted for a change & we are glad we did. Rooms are clean, freshly appointed, and an ample size. The breakfast was much better, with sausage links, "egg" squares of some sort (I avoided those) & breakfast burritos served with salsa. They also had the standard make-your-own waffles, cereal, muffins, etc. Coffe, tea & cocoa were always available even in the afternoon upon arrival. Parking was convenient & well lit. The best part, however was the staff. They were polite, attentive, and refreshingly friendly. All this for almost half the price. We will be back next year.

This hotel has great prices. It is clean. The breakfast is adequate. The main problem however is the beds. The mattress is unforgivingly hard, and the pillows are so bad that I had to go to WalMart and buy new ones after the first sleepless night. Also, the air conditioner recycles very loudly. As much as I like the location, I will not stay there again until they replace the mattresses and pillows and quieten the recycling of the air conditioners.

Overall great experience thus far. Our room is the king and t is very spacious with a pull out sofa, a king bed, and still plenty of room for the baby's pack n play. The rooms are a bit older but are clean and have some updates. The staff is extremely accommodating and is willing to fulfill just about any request you have. The rooms seem a little high but it is peak season so it's expected. There is NO pool so we were a little disappointed in that (I just assume all hotels have pools--especially if you're paying $119/night). There is a hot breakfast that includes eggs, egg burritos, and sausage/bacon along with other general breakfast items you generally find at hotels.

My family and I stayed Mother's Day weekend for a quick getaway. It so perfect. So warm and inviting. Everyone was friendly and they gave us great recommendations for places to go, things to do, and the best places to eat. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet for a great nights sleep. Can't wait to return.
