When we arrived and unpacked, we were happy to see the room was clean and ample in space. The first night was uneventful and good. Then things went downhill from there. We noticed the toilet was leaking on the floor (from the tank) and I called and went down in person to request that maintenance fix it, or to change our room. I also requested a wakeup call. The wakeup call never came and we overslept, making us late for the tours the next day. Nice. After a full day of activities we came back to a clean room...and clean water around the toilet again! I called and only got the messaging. As it was late and we were exhausted we flopped into bed. The next morning I complained about the situation. The manager refused to refund anything to me, claimed that a repair man checked the toilet and that it was "not leaking", and asked me why I continued to sleep at her hotel for three nights?! I asked her how many times I had to request something be fixed for it to happen...she didn't have an answer. She claimed I never requested a new room. She apologized for the non-existent wake-up call. The staff do NOT communicate with each other. If you don't talk to the manager in person or perhaps get it in writing, you NEVER MADE THE REQUEST. If you stay here, pray you don't have any problems with the toilet...otherwise make a request in writing and ask the manager personally what can be done. The rest of the staff are very nice but don't give messages to the manager, who is quite defensive and blames the customer for any complaints.

My family and I will NOT stay here again. Ever!More
